Technician arrived right on time prepared to complete my installation. No one had told me that I needed to have a previously installed TV "arm" removed before he came. So he graciously removed it for me. It was one of those huge old TVs and not a small task. The articulating wall mount that Amazon recommended and I purchased from Amazon had inadequate screws and wall anchors provided. One screw was bent when it came out the package, and the anchors simply twisted around in the drywall and distorted themselves. Useless. Technician used his own supplies to secure the bracket. He was incredibly gracious about providing extra time and supplies in order to make my installation happen. I highly recommend ZRTECH for any tasks they might elect to do for Amazon customers. Technician clearly had extensive construction and technical skills and a commitment to providing good customer service. 

I was looking for someone to help me and ZRTECH did the trick. The technician was not only professional, but showed a real interest in me and my needs. He spent a number of hours cleaning up my computer and I now have a company who I feel comfortable with and they will be my go to IT company from now on. I highly recommend them for your technical needs both big and small. They know their business and are an expert in their field. I highly recommend.
